Our welcome cocktail reception hosted by Cuneo Chamber of Commerce at Palazzo Righini followed by scrumptious dinner at Antiche Volte restaurant. Our incredible journey to discover the magnificent flavors of this great northwest Italian region, Piedmont, began with the the yummiest basil risotto with burrata cheese cream, Soft braised veal cheek, potato puree with caramelised onion. Washed our palate with a refreshing fragola frozen yogurt with meringue bits + freeze dried strawberrie. Perfect ending to a meal.
