Explored the grounds of Castle of Pollenzo, a neo-gothic architectural complex. Pollenzo acquired its medieval look by the influence of King Carl Albert of Savoy, who summoned the most famous artists of his time to work over the Church of San Vittore, the Cascina Albertina, the castle and the Agenzia. Today Pollenzo is the home of the University of Gastronomic Sciences, the first university completely focused on food culture.
