Beer, it’s not synonymous with Italy but a visit to Le Baladin was so informational and caught me by surprise. Italy is already well into its third millennium of wine making, so it’s not surprising that such an ancient beverage industry would influence the country’s craft beer production. Only in Italy that a wine bottle is use to bottle a beer, love LOVE! 😊 Le Baladin is a cornucopia of rich history. The old Cantina Baladin, the Baladin Hotel and the brewery is so full of visual drama and historic musings that left me so intrigued. Original pub with a circus theme, Le Baladin Hotel with themed rooms and interiors packed with random flea market finds & 16th century stable turned into brewery. This place absolutely left me mentally exhausted IN A GOOD WAY.
